韓式海鲜披蕯…

材料:

吐司(四片),花枝,三文鱼,肉丸,蟹柳,起司,蕃茄,韓国泡菜,韓国辣椒酱,美乃滋,千岛酱.

做法:

1.起锅将水煮滚,将花枝,三文鱼,肉丸切片下锅川烫捞起备用.
2.将吐司桿平,切除多于部分备用.
3.将一半的三文鱼捏碎加入韓国泡菜,韓国辣椒酱和美乃滋拌匀备用.
4.将桿平均匀的吐司擦上牛油,放入预热180度烤箱烘一分钟.
5.将拌匀的酱铺在吐司上,依序放入花枝,三文鱼,肉丸,蟹柳,蕃茄,千岛酱最后撒上起司烘十分钟.
6.出炉,撒上黑楜椒和辣椒粉.
