果醬餅乾 Fruit Jams Cookies

週末烤餅乾這習慣,也不知道是何時養成的。有這“健康嗜好”,是爲了讓烤箱保持運作,常常有工開,當然也爲了解饞。這天,還在考慮著烤哪種口味餅乾時,雙手已不聽使喚地把奶油麵粉拌在一起。然後,隨性將麵團搓成了一小顆一小顆,中間戳個洞。接著,把冰箱里的果醬翻了出來,將果醬擠入洞裡,簡單的果醬餅乾就搞定了。這果醬餅乾,可隨著家人和個人喜好的口味做調整。這樣,就不怕餅乾消耗不完了。如果家裡有多種果醬的話烤餅乾時,在餅乾擠上不同口味果醬。下午茶,就來個多種口味的餅乾派對吧!

材料:

无盐奶油80
细砂糖

蛋黄

底筋面粉

泡打粉
¼茶匙
香草精
½茶匙
果酱
适量

做法:

1. 奶油软化后,加入糖打至松发。

2. 分次将蛋和香草精加入,拌匀。

3. 将过筛后的面粉和泡打粉加搓均,即为面团。

4. 取适量面团搓圆,用手指在中间戳个小洞,挤入果酱。

5.预热烤箱,以160烤约20分钟即可。

Vanilla essence

Procedure:

1.Butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg, vanilla essence and blend well.

3. Sift in flour and baking powder to form
dough.

4. Portion and shape dough, use thumb to make
the indentations in the middle and scoop jam in.

5. Pre-heated oven and bake at 160

for 20minutes.
