奶酪布朗尼 Cream Cheese Brownies

浓郁厚实的布朗尼,常常让人吃不消,有时吃到一半就会开始觉得腻。自己尝试了多种食材来搭配布朗尼,但試過多次,蛋糕体还是那么的厚实。有次在印尼万隆游走,吃到了加了奶酪面糊的布朗尼,口感松软又不失布朗尼的绵密实在。这次王子我也尝试了将奶油乳酪加入布朗尼里头,乳酪的咸香和乳香味意外的把布朗尼甜腻感给淡化了。奶酪布朗尼蛋糕体不再那么厚实,尝起来也不那么有负担。建议品尝前把蛋糕加热,带着温度的奶酪布朗尼更有另一重风味。

布朗尼面糊材料:

无盐奶油 100
细砂糖
100
中筋面粉
100

苦甜巧克力
50
½茶匙
泡打粉
½茶匙
香草精
1茶匙

奶酪面糊:

奶油乳酪 200
细砂糖
50
香草精
½茶匙
1

做法:

1.巧克力和奶油隔水融化。

2加入糖拌匀,离火。

3.将蛋,盐和香草精加入做法1,搅拌均匀。

4.将面粉和泡打粉加入拌匀,即为布朗尼面糊。

5.另一邊,将乳酪打至松软,加入糖粉拌匀。

6.将蛋和香草精加入,拌匀即为奶酪面糊。

7.将1/2布朗尼面糊倒入模型内,再将起司面糊倒入,再倒入剩余的布朗尼面糊。

8.预热烤箱,以180烤约20~25分钟即可。

Brownies batter ingredients:

100g Unsalted Butter, softened
100g Granulated sugar

100g All purpose flour

2 Eggs

50g Dark chocolate

½tsp Salt

½tsp Baking soda

1tsp Vanilla essence

heese batter ingredients:

200g Cream cheese
50g Granulated sugar

½tsp Vanilla essence

1 Egg

Procedure:

1. Melt chocolate and butter over a pan of
simmering water, stir in sugar; remove from heat.
2. Add egg,
vanilla essence and salt, blend well.

3. Sift in
flour and baking soda until well combined to form brownies batter.

4. In another bowl, beat cream
cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.

5. Stir in
egg and vanilla until well combined to form
cream
cheese batter.
6. Spoon half
portion of brownies batter into case. Pour cheese batter over brownies batter.

7. Spoon
remain brownies batter into case and bake in pre-heated oven at 180
for 20~25minutes.
