週末總愛躲在廚房烤些小點心什麽的,一來可以當下午茶,二來可以當隔天週一上班的早餐。每次享用著自己烤出來蛋糕,都會邊吃邊希望,來臨的的星期一,有了自己的手作蛋糕作伴,必有不一樣的開始。這次烤的Rocky Road brownies,其實就是簡單實在的布朗尼蛋糕體。蛋糕上再加了鬆軟的棉花糖個杏仁點綴,小小的巧思就可以讓樸實的布朗尼有了不同的面貌與色彩。蛋糕帶點甜甜的外形,口感更多了層次感,整體享用起來也不那麼膩。一片簡單的布朗尼,喚醒了早晨,也讓一天多了些色彩。

材料:

無鹽奶油 110
細砂糖
110
低筋麵粉
120

可可粉
20
蘇打粉
½ 茶匙
杏仁
50
棉花糖
80
巧克力豆

做法:

1. 奶油軟化後,加入糖打至松發。

2.將蛋分次加入做法1,攪拌均勻。

3.將麵粉,可哥粉和蘇打粉加入拌勻,即為麵糊。

4預熱烤箱,將麵糊倒入模型內,以180烤約20分鐘。

5.取出撒上棉花糖,杏仁和巧克力豆,在烤約5分鐘即可。

貼士:  杏仁先烤5分鐘,備用

Ingredients:

110g Unsalted
Butter, softened

110g Granulated
sugar

120g Low gluten
flour

2 Eggs

20g Cocoa powder

½tsp Baking soda

50g Almonds

80g Marshmallow

30g Chocolate
chips

Procedure:

1. Butter and sugar
until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg and blend well.
3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder and baking soda until well combined.
4. Spoon batter into case and bake in pre-heated oven at 180
for 20minutes.
5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with marshmallow, almonds and chocolate
chips, bake for another 5minutes.

Tips:Bake almonds for 5minutes before use.
