開心果Oreo馬芬 Pistachio Oreo muffins

週末醒來無所事事,又懶得出門用餐的。走進廚房望著那儲存櫃,忽然想烤個馬芬(Muffin)來當今天早午餐。將那Oreo餅乾給敲碎,然後翻了翻櫃子,發現那開心果,就這樣Oreo + 開心果的組合就誕生了。馬芬口感比起小蛋糕扎實,做法還是和小蛋糕一樣簡單方便,但王子我個人對於馬芬的喜好大於小蛋糕。廚房烤箱裡飄著那迷人的蛋糕香氣,另一邊還有時間開始煮起咖啡來。現煮咖啡搭配新鮮出爐的馬芬,這樣的早午餐真叫人滿足。

材料:

無鹽奶油50
細砂糖
50
低筋麵粉
80

牛奶
50ml
Oreo 30

泡打粉
½茶匙
開心果
30

份量: 4

做法:

1. 奶油軟化後,加入糖打至松

2. 將蛋分次加入做法1,攪拌均

將牛奶加入,拌

. 將麵粉和泡打粉加入拌

5. 加入Oreo和開心果拌勻,即為麵

6. 預熱烤箱,將麵糊倒入模型內,以180烤約15~20分鐘即

貼士:  開心果預先烤5分鐘,放涼備用

Ingredients:

50g Unsalted Butter, softened
50g Granulated sugar

80g Low gluten flour

1 Egg

50ml Milk

30g Crushed Oreo

½ tsp Baking powder

30g Pistachio

Makes: 4 muffins

Procedure:

1. Butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg and
beat till smooth.

3. Stir in milk
and mix well.

4. Sift in flour
and baking powder.

6. Add in Oreo
and pistachio until well combined.

7. Spoon batter
into case and bake in pre-heated oven at 180
for 15~20minutes.

Tips:Bake
pistachio for 5minutes before use
