肉乾馬芬 Dried meat muffins

過年之前的購物清單,一定少不了肉乾。每逢過年,也忍不住會把幾包肉乾給扛回家,用來配啤酒或夾麵包。偏偏,當各種新年食物陸續登場,肉乾立刻從最愛新年零嘴排行榜慢慢滑下,肉乾最後的結局就是暫居冰箱里,等待著從見天日。過了年的週末,將冰箱里的肉乾取出,用調理機把肉乾給打碎,加入馬芬麵糊里,放入烤箱等待著。出爐的馬芬除了有奶油香氣外,同事佈滿濃濃肉乾香。原是英式的馬芬,現在著多了肉乾的咸甜滋味,享用肉乾馬芬是最適合搭配一杯熱烏龍茶,這樣的下午茶更顯不同風味。

材料:

無鹽牛油

細砂糖

肉幹碎

做法:

1牛油軟化后,加入糖打至松發。

2將蛋分次加入做法1,攪拌均勻。
3將牛奶加入,拌勻。

4將麵粉和泡打粉加入拌勻,即為麵糊

將肉乾碎加入,拌勻。

預熱烤箱將麵糊倒入模型內180°C
烤約
15~20分鐘即可

Ingredients:

Butter 50g
Sugar 40g
Low gluten flour 110g
1 Egg
Milk 50ml
Baking powder 1tsp
Minced dried meat 50g

Preparation:

1.Cream butter and sugar until light
and fluffy.
2. Add in egg and beat till smooth.
3. Stir in milk and mix well.
4. Sift flour and baking powder in and mix well.
5. Add in minced dried meat, stir well.
6. Spoon batter into moulds, and bake in preheated oven at 180°C
for 15-20minutes.
