招財進寶,發財~金元寶 Gold coin dumplings

餃子是北方人的春節傳統食品,更因為餃子形如元寶,有著“招財進寶”之意。因為和麵的“和”字就是“合”的意思;而餃子的“餃”和“交”諧音,“合”和“交”又有相聚之意,所以餃子象徵團聚合歡。這次小王子將南瓜泥合入麵團里,弄了猶如金黃色的餃子皮,再包入滿滿的內餡,清水煮熟后,撈起以調有醋、蒜末、香油、醬油為佐料沾著品嘗。而春節餃子講究在除夕夜十二點鐘包完,此刻正屆子時,以取“更歲交子”之意。過年一家大小聚在一起包餃子,話新春,其樂融融,品嘗后更是招財進寶,發個不停~~

面皮材料:
中筋麵粉80克
南瓜泥80克

內陷材料(全部拌勻):

豬絞肉100克
香菇5朵(切丁)
韭菜20克(切末)
蔥末1大匙
姜末1茶匙
胡椒粉1/2茶匙
料酒1茶匙
醬油2茶匙
香油1/2茶匙

Dough ingredients:
80gm all purpose flour
80gm mashed pumpkin

Filling ingredients (Mix well):
100gm minced meat
5 pieces mushroom (chopped)
20gm Chinese chive (chopped)
1tbsp minced scallion
1tsp minced ginger
1/2tsp pepper
1tsp cooking wine
2tsp soy sauce
1/2tsp sesame oil

做法:

1.將麵粉粉和南瓜泥拌勻,搓揉成面團,在室溫下鬆弛30分鐘。
2.將面團成等分,備用。
3.將內餡包入面團中,對折捏緊成半圓型,再整型。
4.入鍋煮至熟即可。

Method:

1. Combined flour and mashed pumpkin, knead well to form dough and rest at room temperature for 30minutes.
2. Divide dough into equal portions each, set aside.
3. Flatten dough and place filling in the center, wrap and shape.
3. Cook dumplings in boiling water until it float to the surface, remove from heat and ready to serve.
