蛋皮材料:
鸡蛋 2个
玉米粉 2茶匙
盐少許
馅料材料:
猪绞肉 100克
蒜末 1茶匙
葱末 1茶匙
萝卜丝1茶匙
胡椒粉¼茶匙
酱油1大匙
料酒 1 茶匙
醬汁:
鲍鱼汁2大匙
胡椒粉少许
高汤 1杯
做法:
1. 锅中烧热油,爆香蒜末后放入猪绞肉炒散。
2.将葱末、萝卜丝和调味料加入炒匀。起锅备用。
3.将鸡蛋、玉米粉和盐打匀备用。
4.锅中抹上少许油,将蛋液倒入锅中煎成蛋皮。
5.用蛋皮包上馅料成石榴状,用烫过的青葱绑紧固定成型。
6.锅中将高汤烧开,加入鲍鱼汁和胡椒粉调味,勾芡后淋在福袋上即可。

Egg skins:
2 eggs
2tsp corn flour
Salt
Fillings:
100g minced pork
1tsp garlic (chopped)
1tsp spring onion (chopped)
1tsp carrot (shredded)
1/4tsp pepper
1tbsp soy sauce
1tsp cooking wine
Sauce:
2tbsp abalone sauce
Pepper
1cup chicken stock
Method:
1. Heat oil in pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in minced pork and stir well.
2. Add in the remaining ingredient and seasonings. Stir well, remove and set aside.
3. In a bowl, beat well egg, corn flour and salt.
4. Heat a non stick pan over low heat and brush with oil. Pour in egg batter to make thin pancakes.
5. Put some filling in the middle of egg sheet, and wrapped it. Tie the dumplings using spring onion.
6. Bring chicken stock to boil, add in pepper and abalone sauce. Thicken the sauce with
corn flour.
