火龍果西米 Sago With Dragon Fruit

早上帶了兩顆火龍果回來,想弄火龍果西米果凍卻發現家裡的果凍粉和吉利丁都用完了。最後乾脆不弄成凍,簡單的將三種食材給拌勻,然後放入冰箱給他涼一涼。

最近很愛Cowa 椰汁 ,單喝清爽不會太甜。但個人更愛用來調飲料和做甜點,比起濃郁的椰奶又是另一種風味。

材料:

  • 小西米 2大匙
  • 火龍果 1/2個
  • Cowa 椰汁 250ml

做法:

1. 鍋中燒開水,將西米倒入鍋中,轉小火煮約15分鐘。不時將西米攪拌,以免粘鍋。

2. 等到西米快煮至全透明時熄火,蓋上鍋蓋燜5分鐘。

3. 將火龍果切成小塊狀。

4. 將火龍果和西米放入容器中。

5. 倒入椰汁即可 。

Ingredients:

  • 2Tbsp Tapioca pearl/ sago
  • 1/2 Dragon fruit
  • Cowa Coconut juice

Procedure:

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the tapioca pearls in, turn to lower heat and continue cook for 15minutes. Give it a stir to prevent clumping.
  2. Continue to cook until the tapioca pearls are translucent and the liquid becomes mucilaginous. Turn off the heat and let is sit for 5minutes.
  3. Drain the tapioca in a sieve, transfer into mould.
  4. Add in dragon fruit and coconut juice, ready to serve.
