開始進入RMCO,依舊繼續在家上班。其實在家上班的日子更忙更累,很多時候吃了早餐就直接把午餐給跳過,等到晚上才用餐了。

買了一串的香蕉,烤了蛋糕還剩下一大半,午餐想想把它和椰奶打成奶昔當午餐。

這香蕉好甜,基本上無需加糖或蜂蜜。配上Cowa的椰 汁 和冰塊,喝起來不會過於濃稠,椰子香氣淡淡的很舒服。

材料

  • 香蕉 4條
  • Cowa 椰汁 250ml
  • 冰塊

1. 將香蕉,放入攪料理機。

2. 倒入椰汁和冰塊,打勻即可。

Ingredients:

  • 4 Banana
  • 250ml Cowa Coconut juice
  • Iced cube

Procedure:

  1. Put banana into blender.
  2. Add in coconut juice and iced cube, blend well.
