椰奶番薯糖水 Coconut Milk Sweet Potato

又是清冰箱清廚房的季節,但清來清去還是趕不上購買新食材的速度。那天買了即可番薯,弄了些糕后節這樣把剩下有點孤單的番薯給遺忘了。

深夜忽然很想喝些甜的和暖胃的,在廚房轉了兩圈,眼角餘光掃到了那幾顆番薯。削著皮時想起冰箱還有弄芋頭扣肉剩下的芋頭,於是兩者就此結合在一起。

簡單軟糯的番薯和芋頭,味道甜甜的,加上椰奶那幽香,真的很暖心暖胃。

材料:

  • 番薯 250克
  • 芋頭 150克
  • 糖 80克
  • 鹽 1茶匙
  • 椰奶 200ml
  • 水 300ml

1. 番薯和芋頭切成塊狀,和水放入鍋裡。

2. 將糖加入。

3. 將椰奶倒入,中小火煮至番薯和芋頭軟即可。

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Potato 250g
  • Yam 150g
  • Sugar 80g
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Coconut Milk 200ml
  • Water 300ml

Procedure:

1. Pour water with sweet potato and yam into a pot.

2. Add in sugar.

3. Add in coconut milk and bring to boil until sweet potato and yam turn soft.
