牛油果奶昔 Avocado Coconut Milkshake

牛油果還真的很少在我家出現,一早到了攤子去買鳳梨,不知為何就帶了顆牛油果歸來。

想弄成牛油果沙拉,冰箱又沒了番茄蔬菜,想配吐司但又沒吐司。想想,唯一也是最快的方式是當成果汁,這樣剛好不會餓著。

椰奶,牛油果再加上一大匙奇亞籽,完全就很有飽腹感。

材料:

  • 牛油果 1個
  • 椰奶 200毫升
  • 奇亞籽 1大匙

做法:

1.將牛油果去皮,放入攪料理機。

2.把椰奶和奇亞籽加入,打勻。

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 1tbsp Chia seeds

Procedure:

  1. Put avocado into blender.
  2. Add in coconut milk and chia seeds, blend well.
