椰奶大麥粥Sweet Wheat Porridge with Coconut Milk

那天逛大賣場,在香料區和銷售阿姨哈拉起來。聊著聊著,學會了煮咖喱魚,也不知為何順手買了大麥仁。大麥仁這穀類,還真的沒在我家出現過。

將大麥仁浸泡一夜,隔天又拖了半天才開爐。就這樣把大麥仁煮成甜粥。

大麥粥可以搭配西米一起煮,但因為懶就省略掉了。加了椰奶完全就是把大麥粥附上了靈魂。

材料:

  • 大麥仁 1杯
  • 椰糖 1個
  • 水 1.5公升
  • 香蘭葉 3片
  • 椰奶 200毫升

1.大麥仁浸泡隔夜,濾干備用。

2.將大麥仁,水和香蘭葉倒入鍋中煮約1小時。

Procedure:

3. 將椰糖加入,煮至熟爛。

4. 將椰奶倒入,拌勻即可。

Ingredients:

  • 1cup Wheat berries
  • 1 Gula melaka
  • 1.5L Water
  • 3 Pandan leaves
  • 200ml Coconut milk
  • 100g Gula melaka
  • 200ml Coconut milk

1. Soak wheat berries for over night, darin and set aside.

2. Put wheat berries, pandan leaves and water into pot, boil 1hrs.

3. Add in sugar, continue cook until fully cooked.

4. Add in coconut milk and mix well.
