椰奶蜜芋头 Steamed Yam with Coconut Milk

大賣場帶回來一顆芋頭, 誰知一放就兩個夜晚,原先想用的卻沒用成。若繼續這樣下去,我的芋頭可是會到垃圾桶里。

想想,決定把芋頭弄成蜜芋頭,好讓延長保存期限。會忽然香氣弄蜜芋頭全都因為那天去吃冰,才發現那家冰店已沒賣蜜芋頭了,搞到我一整個更想吃。

蜜芋頭做法簡單,配冰品或淋上椰奶,一整個就很有泰國風味。

材料:

  • 芋頭 500克
  • 糖 150克
  • 鹽 1茶匙
  • 椰奶 200ml
  • 水 200ml

做法:

1. 芋頭切成塊狀,和水放入鍋裡。

2. 將糖加入,中小火煮至芋頭軟即可。

3. 淋上椰奶即可。

Ingredients:

  • Yam 500g
  • Sugar 200g
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Coconut Milk 200ml
  • Water 200ml

Procedure:

1. Pour water and yam into a pot.

2. Add in sugar and bring to boil until yam turn soft.

3. Pour in coconut milk and ready to served.
