椰奶荔枝冰沙 Coconut Milk Lychee Smoothies

九月有是煙霾瀰漫的季節,但這季節並沒什麼值得驕傲的,整個城市朦朧朧一片,很沒趣。那天檳城回程,喝了杯椰奶荔枝冰沙,一整個很清涼,回來想回味一下,於是自己弄了杯。

將所有材料放入攪拌器,一路把冰塊打成冰沙。

朦朧的午後,喝著冰凍的荔枝椰奶冰沙,很涼快。

材料:

  • 罐頭荔枝 12顆
  • 糖水 3大匙
  • 椰奶200毫升
  • 冰塊 1杯

做法:

1.將冰塊和荔枝,放入攪料理機。

2.把椰奶和糖漿倒入,打勻即可。

Ingredients:

  • 12 Canned Lychee
  • 3tbsp Syrup
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Iced

Procedure:

1. Put iced and lychee into blender.

2. Add in coconut milk and syrup, blend well and ready to serve.
