入夜翻閱完一本新書,精神上很滿足但肚子卻有點空虛。翻了冰箱,將最後一顆網購回來的芒果給解剖。挖了椰奶下鍋加熱后放到冷凍柜里加速冷凍。
發現冷凍櫃還有一袋的湯圓,於是就燒開了水把湯圓也下鍋煮至浮起。
冰涼的椰奶,加了鮮奶多了些乳香味,口感沒那麼厚實。芒果自然的甜味,湯圓的軟糯,就這樣嗑了一晚后,滿足的走進房裡睡覺去。

湯圓
椰奶 200毫升
牛奶100毫升
糖 2大匙
做法:
1.將椰奶,牛奶和糖倒入鍋中,加熱至糖熔化;冷藏備用。

1 Mango
Glutinous rice balls
200ml Coconut Milk
100ml Milk
2tbsp Sugar
Procedure:
- Pour the coconut milk, milk and sugar into pot and cook till sugar dissolve; keep in fridge.
- Bring pot of water to boil and cook glutinous rice balls.
- Put coconut milk and mango into small bowl.
- Add glutinous rice ball and redy to serve.
