芒果椰汁丸子Glutinous Rice Balls in Coconut Milk with Mango

入夜翻閱完一本新書,精神上很滿足但肚子卻有點空虛。翻了冰箱,將最後一顆網購回來的芒果給解剖。挖了椰奶下鍋加熱后放到冷凍柜里加速冷凍。

發現冷凍櫃還有一袋的湯圓,於是就燒開了水把湯圓也下鍋煮至浮起。

冰涼的椰奶,加了鮮奶多了些乳香味,口感沒那麼厚實。芒果自然的甜味,湯圓的軟糯,就這樣嗑了一晚后,滿足的走進房裡睡覺去。

材料:

芒果 1個
湯圓
椰奶 200毫升
牛奶100毫升
糖 2大匙

做法:

1.將椰奶,牛奶和糖倒入鍋中,加熱至糖熔化;冷藏備用。

2.將湯圓放入鍋中,煮至浮起;撈起備用。

3. 將椰奶倒入碗中,放入芒果。

4. 將湯圓放入碗中即可。

Ingredients:

1 Mango
Glutinous rice balls
200ml Coconut Milk
100ml Milk
2tbsp Sugar

Procedure:

  1. Pour the coconut milk, milk and sugar into pot and cook till sugar dissolve; keep in fridge.
  2. Bring pot of water to boil and cook glutinous rice balls.
  3. Put coconut milk and mango into small bowl.
  4. Add glutinous rice ball and redy to serve.
