五一,過去的週末結束了新書拍攝,身體還帶點疲憊的坐在電腦前敲打著食譜和整理相片,這休假哪都不想去。早餐吃了腸粉,午餐吃了日本料理,回到家想起早上送入冰箱的椰奶冰塊。
將冰塊取出,也把之前煮好的蜜紅豆放入杯里。搬出攪拌器,一路吧冰塊打成冰沙。打著打著遺漏了3塊,沒關係就直接放到杯子里好了。椰奶有些濃郁,加些鮮奶來調適一下。

冰牛奶 1杯
椰奶 200毫升
做法:

1cup Cold milk
200ml Coconut Milk
Procedure:
- Pour the coconut milk into ice cube tray, keep in freezer.
- Put red bean into glass jar.
- Put coconut milk ice cube into blender and blend well.
- Transfer into glass jar and pour in milk.
