椰汁紅豆冰 Coconut Milk Red Bean Smoothie

五一,過去的週末結束了新書拍攝,身體還帶點疲憊的坐在電腦前敲打著食譜和整理相片,這休假哪都不想去。早餐吃了腸粉,午餐吃了日本料理,回到家想起早上送入冰箱的椰奶冰塊。

將冰塊取出,也把之前煮好的蜜紅豆放入杯里。搬出攪拌器,一路吧冰塊打成冰沙。打著打著遺漏了3塊,沒關係就直接放到杯子里好了。椰奶有些濃郁,加些鮮奶來調適一下。

炎熱的五一午後,一邊吸著冰凍的椰奶紅豆冰,一邊工作去。

材料:

密紅豆 150克
冰牛奶 1杯
椰奶 200毫升

做法:

1.將椰奶倒入製冰盒中,放入冰箱冷凍結成冰。

2.將紅豆放入杯子里。

3. 把椰奶冰塊取出,放入攪料理機打成冰沙。

4. 將冰沙倒入杯中,倒入牛奶即可。

Ingredients:

150g Red bean
1cup Cold milk
200ml Coconut Milk

Procedure:

  1. Pour the coconut milk into ice cube tray, keep in freezer.
  2. Put red bean into glass jar.
  3. Put coconut milk ice cube into blender and blend well.
  4. Transfer into glass jar and pour in milk.
