椰奶蘋果燉桃膠 Double-boiled Peach Resin with Apple and Coconut Milk

昨夜入睡前泡了桃膠,家裡的桃膠還剩了大半包,都不值消滅到何時。一覺醒來,忙了一下才想起那泡好的桃膠。接著又花了十幾分鐘在哪挑桃膠的雜質,累啊!趕緊把所有食材放到燉盅里,然後下鍋蒸個30分鐘。

三十分鐘后剛剛好甘蔗出門,就把桃膠給涼在冰箱里。出外吃了早餐,剪了髮再回到家已是1點。接著又繼續的忙,忙了數小時連晚餐也懶得想,決定叫外賣好了。搬出了燉好的桃膠,喝了口發現自己忘了加糖,哈哈。但其實也無所謂,味道並無大礙,倒是吃出了蘋果的清甜。

喝了一小碗,剩下的留到晚飯后繼續吃。

材料:

桃膠 5克
蘋果 1顆
椰奶 150毫升
鮮奶 150毫升

做法:

1.将桃膠浸泡隔夜,挑出雜質,洗淨。

2.将桃膠和蘋果放入炖盅内。

3.将椰奶和鮮奶倒入,拌勻。

4.大火蒸约30分钟即可。

Ingredients:

5g Peach Resin
1 Apple
150ml Coconut milk
150ml Milk

Procedure:

  1. Soak peach resin overnight to soften. Wash and rins well.
  2. Pour peach resin and apple into pot.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and milk, stir well.
  4. Steam with high heat for 30minutes and ready to served.
