300g High protein flour
20g Desiccated coconut
50g Mixed dried fruits
- Place all ingredients (except butter and mixed fruits) into the bread maker pan.
- Select the “Knead” function, press “Start” and knead for 10minutes.
- Add butter and mixed fruits, and continue kneading for 20minutes until the dough is smooth.
- Proof the dough for 1hour or until double in size.
- Divide the dough into 5 portions.
- Shape the dough and let it proof for the second time for 40minutes or until 1.5-2 times in size.
- Preheat the oven on 200℃ and bake for 15minutes.
