鹽 1/2 茶匙
香草精 1/4 茶匙
20 g low gluten flour
25g Fine sugar
30g Unsalted butter
50g Grated coconut
1 Egg white
1/4tsp Vanilla essence
- In a mixing bowl, combined egg white, vanilla essence, sugar and salt. Whisk until foamy.
- Sift in four and add grated coconut, mix well.
- Add softened butter and knead briefly till it form a dough.
- Scopp a dollop of dough and roll it into a ball.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 160℃ for 12 – 15minutes.
