1cup Thai sticky rice
200ml Coconut milk
2tbsp Granulated sugar
1. Soaked sticky rice for overnight; drained and rinsed.
2. In a pot, heat coconut milk, sugar and salt for 2minutes till sugar completely dissolve.
3. Steam the sticky rice over high heat for about 30minutes or till cooked.
4. Remove the sticky rice from steamer.
5. Pour 1/3 portion of the coconut milk in to the sticky rice and gently stir well.
