2 cups Glutinous rice
1cup Coconut milk
70g Brown sugar
250g Yam paste
- Rinse and soak glutinous rice for overnight, drain and set aside.
- Put glutinous rice, coconut milk and water in rice cooker, and set to cook.
- Stir in brown sugar and mix well.
- Press half portion glutinous rice into the mould.
- Add yam paste in.
- Press remain glutinous rice in.
