2 Duck legs
10 Red dates
10 Dried longan
2 Bean curds
1pack Emperor Chicken herbs & spices mix
1cup Rice wine
2tsp Oyster sauce
1tsp Dark soy sauce
- In a big bowl, mix together meat, half pack of Emperor Chicken herbs & spices mix, stir well and marinated for 20minutes.
- Heat oil in pan; fry the meat till golden brown.
- Add in red dates and dried longan.
- Add in soyster sauce, dark soy sauce and rice wine.
- Add in remaining Emperor Chicken herbs & spices mix, stir well.
- Bring stew to a boil over medium heat, reduce to medium lower heat and continue simmer for 30 minute.
- Add in bean curd and continue to simmer for 15minutes, stir well and ready to serve.
