1 Chicken chop
2 Spring Onions
2Tbsp Emperor Chicken herbs & spices mix
2tbsp Shaoxing wine
1tsp Soy sauce
- In a big bowl, mix together meat, 1tbsp of Emperor Chicken herbs & spices mix, stir well and marinated for 20minutes.
- Heat oil in pan, sauté garlic and shalliots until fragrant.
- Add in chicken and stir well.
- Add in soy sauce, shaoxing wine and water, stir well.
- Add in remaining Emperor Chicken herbs & spices mix, stir well.
- Bring stew to a boil over medium heat, reduce to medium lower heat and continue simmer for 10 minute.
- Add in spring onion and chilies, stir well and ready to serve.
