昨日出門聚餐前,到了水果攤帶了顆木瓜。天啊!我還真的有很久很久沒吃木瓜了,太久沒吃沒任何原因,忽然帶一顆也想不透。一早切了半顆想打成果汁,另半顆躺在冰箱裡頭。想打成汁的那半顆,最終沒變成果汁,因為出了門后回來有點懶得把果汁機給搬出來。
明明像是就快傾盆大雨的早晨,出個門回來又開始酷熱的要命。想想還是來點消暑的好了,所以那原本用來弄果汁的木瓜變成了木瓜西米露。
喜歡西米因為無需浸泡,就煮至透后燜一下就好了。搭配椰奶和鮮奶,那濃稠度剛剛好。個人偏好先冰一下,不然就放些冰塊,這樣吃起來就涼涼的。
小西米 50克
椰奶 200毫升
鮮奶 200毫升
糖 2大匙
木瓜 1/ 2個
做法:
1.鍋中燒開水,將西米倒入鍋中,轉小火煮約15分鐘。不時將西米攪拌,以免粘鍋。
2.等到西米快煮至全透明時熄火,蓋上鍋蓋燜5分鐘。
4.將椰奶,鮮奶和糖倒入鍋中,煮至糖融化,放涼備用。
5.將木瓜、西米和椰奶混合均勻即可。
Ingredients:
50g Tapioca pear/ sago
200ml Coconut milk
200ml Fresh milk
2tbsp Sugar
1/2 Papaya
Procedure:
- 1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the tapioca pearls in, turn to lower heat and continue cook for 15minutes. Give it a stir to prevent clumping.
- Continue to cook until the tapioca pearls are translucent and the liquid becomes mucilaginous. Turn off the heat and let is sit for 5minutes.
- Drain the tapioca in a sieve and rinse under cold water until it is clear.
- 4. Add coconut milk, milk and sugar into pot, cook sugar completely dissolve, set aside.
- Mix coconut milk, tapioca pearls and papaya, and ready to serve.
