2cups Black glutinous rice
1cup Coconut milk
- Mix well coconut milk with salt.
- Clean and soak rice in water for over night.
- Rinse rice and add in a pot with water, bring to boil.
- Turn to low heat and continue cook for 2hours.
- Add sugar to atste and conitinue cook for another 15minutes.
- Or put rice and water in rice cooker, and set to cook with porridge setting.
- Serve in small bowl and topped with a spoonful of coconut milk.
