500g Pork belly
200g Chinese sauerkraut
1 pack Pepper spice aromatic soup mix
1. Place pork belly and water in a pot and bring to boil. Remove from heat, drain and wash.
2. In a pot, bring water to boil. Add in ginger and Pepper spice aromatic soup mix pack.
3. Add in pork belly.
4. Add in Chinese sauerktaut, cabbage and carrots.
5. Bring pot to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1hours.
6. Or let it boil for 10minutes, remove from heat and transfer pot to thermal cooker for 4hours and above.
7. Remove pork belly, cut into small bites, ready to serve.
