350g Boneless chicken feet
3 cloves Garlic
2 Shallots (slice)
3 Lime juice
2tbsp Palm sugar
2tbsp Fish sauce
1. Place chicken feet in a pot and cook for 2minutes. Remove from heat, drain and soak in iced water.
2. In a mortar and pestle, pound chili and and garlic.
3. Add in palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice, stir well.
4. Add in chicken feet, shallots and coriander, mix well and ready to serve.
