草莓乳酪蛋糕雪糕 Strawberry Cheesecake ice-cream

週末逛大賣場,看見一盒盒紅色誘人的草莓,盒子標籤上貼著韓國進口草莓。想起那一年吃完辣炒雞排后閒逛附近菜市場的午後。胖胖的老闆娘,雙頰鼓鼓紅彤彤的,蹲坐在一堆草莓中。還很清楚記得,每一顆草莓都是如此的動人艷麗,大口咬下去時,大口咬下去時,還被那草莓的甜給嚇住了,真的很甜很飽滿。而胖胖的老闆娘笑容就猶如草莓般甜滋滋的。

因為想起了那味道,沒理由不帶上幾盒韓國進口草莓回家回味。決定將一部份草莓用來弄成雪糕,而另一部份就在我製作雪糕中不小心給嗑完了。

自製的雪糕口感綿密,奶油奶酪濃郁的乳香味,搭配新鮮已結成冰的草莓塊,味道有點夢幻。換個方式,把雪糕給裝進紙杯裡,再插入一根雪糕棒。陽光的午後,舔著草莓冰淇凌一邊閒聊的小聚也很愜意。

材料:

奶油奶酪 180克
細砂糖 85克
鮮奶油 200克
牛奶 100克
檸檬汁 1茶匙
新鮮草莓 100克(切塊)
草莓果醬 2大匙

做法:

1.將奶油奶酪與糖打至滑順。

2.加入鮮奶油、牛奶和檸檬汁,繼續打至滑順。

3.倒入冷凍好的冰淇凌机内桶中。

4.盖上盖子,搅拌25分钟。

5.將草莓與草莓醬加入拌勻。

6.将雪糕混合体倒入紙杯内,冷凍至凝固即可。

1.將奶油奶酪與糖打至滑順。
2.加入鮮奶油、牛奶和檸檬汁,繼續打至滑順。
3.倒入容器中,放入冰箱冷凍。每隔一小時取出攪拌一次,共3或4次。
4.將草莓與草莓醬加入,拌匀。
5.将雪糕混合体倒入紙杯內,冷凍至凝固即可。

 Ingredients:

180g Cream cheese
85g Sugar
200g Whipped cream
100g Milk
1tsp Lemon juice
100g Fresh strawberries cut into pieces
2tbsp Strawberry jam

Procedure:

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Add whipped cream, milk and lemon juice. Continue beat until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture into ice-cream maker and stir for 25minutes.
4. Mix in strawberries and strawberry jam.
5. Transfer the ice-cream into paper cup, and chill until firm.

Or

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Add whipped cream, milk and lemon juice. Continue beat until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture into container then transfer to freezer. Stir once every hour for 3 – 4 times.
4. Mix in strawberries and strawberry jam.
5. Transfer the mixture into paper cup, and chill until firm.
