糯米棗 Glutinous Red Dates

將一顆顆的的糯米團分別塞進紅棗里,蒸熟即可享用。簡單的步驟,而且和湯圓的手法很像。紅棗的自然鮮甜深入了那軟糯的糯米團裡,那味道是多麼的不張揚。若覺得味道略顯單調的話,可以淋上一些蜂蜜享用,又或者放到甜湯里搭配。王子我喜歡把蒸好的糯米棗撒上一些砂糖和花生碎,一邊看電視一邊嚼,一不小心就嗑了一整碗。

材料:

糯米粉50克
紅棗50克
温水30克

做法:

1.将紅棗切半,浸泡1小时后,濾干水份。

2.将糯米粉和水拌匀,揉成成麵團。

3.取适量麵團搓揉成型,放入紅棗中。

4.入鍋以大火蒸約10分钟即可。

Ingredients:

50gm glutinous rice flour
50gm red dates
30gm warm water

Procedure:

1. Cut red dates in to half and soak 1hour, drain and set aside.
2. Mix glutinous rice flour and water, knead well to form dough.
3. Takes right amount of dough and fill into red dates.
4. Set in steamer and steam over high heat for 10minutes.
