奶香起司年糕 Cheesy Milky Rice Cake

糯米這玩意還真的只屬於中華與亞洲飲食文化,西方國家的料理飲食文化里幾乎看不見糯米這食材的出現。身為糯米控的王子我,無論糯米糕點鹹或甜食都愛。某日因為無聊,而把西式料理與中華料理文化做了個結合。把牛奶和起司粉給加入糯米粉里,然後嘗試了用烤箱來烤。出來的成品口感軟糯,帶有咸咸的乳香味,感覺還蠻特別的。放涼后的起司年糕,在享用前可用烤箱加熱或微波加熱,這樣口感會較佳。

材料:

糯米粉500克
细砂糖300克
蛋3個
牛奶420毫升
起司粉30克
葡萄干20克
奶油1大匙

做法:

1.将蛋、糖、奶油和牛奶搅拌均匀。

2.将糯米粉加入,搅拌均匀。

3.将起司粉和葡萄干加入,拌匀即为面糊。

4.预热烤箱,把面糊倒入烤盘内,以140℃烤约1小时即可。

Ingredients:

500g glutinous rice flour
250g granulated sugar
3 eggs
420ml milk
30g cheese powder
20g raisin
1tbsp butter

Procedure:

1. Mix egg, sugar, butter and milk until well combined.
2. Stir in glutinous rice flour and mix well.
3. Stir in cheese powder and raisin, mix well to form batter.
4. Spoon batter into molds and bake in pre-heated oven at 140℃ for 1hour.
